Having Real Impact in Corporate Workplaces

The Company That We Keep

At The Outback Mind Foundation, we know the impact that a workplace can have on an employee’s mental health. That is why we work with progressive organisations that genuinely care about their people and want to improve the mental health outcomes in the communities in which they operate. Through Outback Mental Health Events, we offer these organisations the opportunity to provide transformational mental health education and experiences that captivate and engage their employees.

Will you join us?

What’s Involved

Our Mental Health Events give workplaces access to transformational mental health education and experiences that captivate and engage employees. They are not a band-aid solution, but rather the doorway to ongoing and sustainable support that will create real change in your workplace and your community.

As an introduction to our work, we offer 90 or 120-minute staff wellbeing sessions, combined with a talk from an inspirational speaker of your choice. From there, we build on the conversation that this session starts, with the option to add on peer support sessions, set up of men’s circles in your community, facilitator training, and more.

If you’d rather be proactive in supporting the mental health of your employees and community, rather than dealing with the potential aftermath of a mental health crisis, then join us today and let’s start a conversation.
